His excellent photography aside (we are over the moon with the results), what really impressed us was the way Joel understands how to be inconspicuous and ubiquitous. He also integrated with us and our guests making his presence friendly, natural and fun, whilst never unprofessional. He was able to frame a... shall we say....
'unaccustomed' couple on their wedding day and

Joel was everything we could wish for in a photographer. He blended in with the guests, was unobtrusive, but yet seemed to capture all the joy and love of the day. My daughter and (now) son-in-law are really pleased with the photos ... as are both families. They will forever remind us of a very special day., Thank you Joel.
Absolutely delighted with Joel's photos. They captured all the key moments with striking and creative compositions, but also caught some lovely intimate moments in between that are just as
important in reflecting the mood of the day. Photos aside, the overall service Joel supplied was excellent. He was attentive in the run-up, arrived on the day with plenty of time to scope the site, relaxed around guests (some even asked if he was single!) and went above and beyond with the delivery.
Would thoroughly recommend Joel to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
We cannot recommend Joel highly enough. From our first conversation, Joel was wonderful to work with - creative, supportive and brilliantly easy-going. We are both somewhat camera-shy, so finding a photographer like Joel who made us feel totally at ease was amazing.
On the day, Joel went above and beyond - from chauffeuring us back from the church, to standing on precarious rooftops to get the right shot, to helping our very soggy labrador across a stile after a dip in the river!
When Joel sent us the photos following the wedding, we were blown away by the images. He captured so much joy, fun, and beauty and we are so thankful to have such an incredible record of our wedding to look back on.
We can't thank Joel enough for the photos he took of us and our guests at our wedding. Joel is so creative and has a great eye for the little details.
Some of our favourite photos from our wedding are from our evening reception of us and our guests dancing, drinking and having an amazing time. We didn't think those moments could be captured so perfectly. Thank you, Joel!
Joel was fantastic from the start, he was able to accommodate the change of wedding date due to our wedding being brought forward due to family illness. We had a few meetings with Joel before our wedding and he even visited our venue before our wedding to check it out and get accustomed to it before our big day. Joel asked what shots were important to us on the day and ensured he captured all those.
On the day, Joel was fantastic and went above and beyond, he worked very well with our chosen videographer too. We had so many compliments regarding Joel and how attentive he was to capturing the day.
After the wedding day, Joel sent a few sneak peeks then dropped off a lovely personalised wooden box, memory stick, personal message and printed pictures.

Joel took photos at our friend's wedding and after seeing how great they turned out we had to have him on our big day. Without being intrusive Joel managed to capture the feeling and energy of the moment and get brilliant photos of all of our guests. We were particularly impressed with how he captured those who don't love being in front of the camera, and now we have some fantastic photos of our friends and family to accompany the amazing memories
Joel was amazing on the build up to the wedding, the wedding day itself and following. We've had so many guests comment on the day to say how great he was and we've had so many compliments on the photos since we had them back. We specifically chose Joel as our photographer as we wanted more natural photos and the results are a beautiful, realistic representation of the wedding day that transports you back in time when you go through the album.

We hired Joel on the recommendation of our venue, and my goodness we are so glad we did. From our first call, Joel made us feel so at ease, it felt more like talking to a friend than anything else. We wanted more than anything for our wedding day to be as relaxed as possible, and with the weather touch & go, we weren't sure if we'd be able to capture all of the things we'd planned, but Joel spent the whole day taking initiative and doing whatever he could to make sure that we ticked all of our boxes whilst also
enjoying our wedding day without any pressure. He put in so much effort for the day, going above and beyond what we'd asked from him, and we couldn't be more grateful to him for taking the time to understand us as a couple, and helping to make our day just as perfect as we'd dreamed it. Joel is one of a kind, and we can't wait to see his work come to life!
Joel, we were absolutely delighted with you from start to finish! You made us feel at ease from the first phone call and built a rapport which allowed us to be more relaxed on the day. You made the experience fun and interactive.
Nothing was too much trouble even though we had quite a lengthy list of group photos to get through. You really listened to the style of photo I liked and took my ideas on board to make sure we got the shots we would love. You even stayed later than booked and went above and beyond and it really showed in the pictures as they were amazing. I'm so happy we chose you to help capture our special day, we felt like you were there as a friend and it was lovely!
